A network engineer must use an Internet connection to provide backup connectivity between two sites. The backup connection must be encrypted and support multicast. Which technology must be used?
GRE over IPSec will be more suitable for this solution. Connection should be done only between 2 sites, and GRE over IPSec is simpler in implementation then GET VPN + there is a need to have only 2 public IPs to allow tunnel to be created and LAN it self can use a Private Prefix.
GETVPN also provides for multicast and encryption. However GETVPN is tunnel less and as such requires all IPs, even LAN subnetys, be routable over the Internet. That will be an expensive option . GRE over IPSEC just requires 1 public IP at each sute, LAN can be private IP. May even be possible to use Public IP at one site and DDNS at other site.
