These files are usually transmitted to advanced tech support or TAC but usually not managed directly by Wireless CCNAs. The answer is correct. WLC do not perform packet captures, that is performed by Access Points in certain modes and forwarded to a server. Protected Access Credential (PAC) is used with EAP-FAST for authentication, and is not a file.
