I disagree. NAM is the Network Access Manager, which helps to configure settings to connect to WLAN. It does not provide any reporting or data collection functions.
It is true that DART is a troubleshooting tool, but as such it collects information about the network environment.
DART is for tshooting anyconnect issues. NAM is correct answer.
