Based on Arch book and CBT Nuggets Videoes, The Delay should be 50% of the bootup time of the device. So 150 is correct.

The delay of 50% happens after the link comes back, so if boot took 300ms, the delay should be configured for 50% of this 300ms. 150 is correct for me.

Cisco say value should be 50% greater than boot time. In this case, should be 450s. So, 200s is the best answer. The answer of 150s is 50% of boot time - think this is wrong!
