B & C. L2TP can carry multiple VLANs and VXLAN too

OTV accommodates 256 VLANs. MPLS uses 802.1q to tag VLANs for Q-in-Q. This allows for more that 4000 vlans. L2TP is the second option. Answer - OTV and L2TP
