A is not correct because 802.11i specified WPA2 for authentication. Wi-Max i specified by 802.16. D is not correct because Wi-MAX can use licenced or unlicensed frequencies, but typically use frequencies outside the unlicensed 2.4ghz and 5ghz band to avoid interfering with WI-FI networks.
