NAT gateway is just translation of IP address. The last one should a reverse proxy mechanism. https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39271_01/studio.300/studio_install/src/cidi_studio_reverse_proxy_about_stub.html

Based on https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39271_01/studio.300/studio_install/src/cidi_studio_reverse_proxy_about_stub.html then the reverse proxy and load balancer answers as shown above are reversed.
