https://wifitodd.com/2018/04/05/wifi-ios-and-osx-specifications-and-cisco-best-practice-references/ D is correct but the explanation is wrong / does not match. The Ipad 2 supports 2.4ghz or 5ghz N, with one spatial stream. The Iphone 4 supports only 2.4ghz with one spatial stream.
