It seems answer E is not correct / not valid. According to old rules of the FCC (and Cisco Docs) maximum power is as follows: OFDM: 30mW CCK: 100mW However the FCC rules have been updated since then. (3) For systems using digital modulation in the 902-928 MHz, 2400-2483.5 MHz, and 5725-5850 MHz bands: 1 Watt.
