It seems answer E is not correct / not valid.
According to old rules of the FCC (and Cisco Docs) maximum power is as follows:
OFDM: 30mW
CCK: 100mW
However the FCC rules have been updated since then.
Current rules show the maximum transmiw power for the 2.4ghz band is 1W (1000mW).
