side note - I think in 'real life' it's /restconf/data/ios-xe-native:native/vlan (https://ultraconfig.com.au/blog/restconf-tutorial-everything-you-need-to-know-about-restconf-in-2020/) - and also I've done this a few times from devnet site. Maybe it says that on the real test??

RESTCONF standard says you need to use namespace like you did. But I think XE allows you to leave it out.
