Fully agree to xtrattitude4u, - UNII-2 extend ranges from 5.470 to 5.725 Ghz (11 channels). - UNII-3 ranges from 5.725 to 5.825 Ghz (4 channels). Therefore C and D are both valids.

also agree with xtrattitude4u, 5.725 is a border not a freq, so that would make ALL answers (C/D) WRONG.... right ?

This question is difficult to answer because 5.725ghz is not a valid band. It acts as the border between UNII-2 extended and UNII-3, so either answer could be correct. U-NII-2-Extended: 5.470–5.725 GHz U-NII-3: 5.725-5.850 GHz
