I think that D is correct, because by disabling split-horizon the updates are not sent by the hub. Since the link is the same but with subinterfaces the update is not sent from the interface it is received.

DimS is right. When you disable split horizon on Hub router, you allow him to advertise routes over the interface where he received them, which is S0/0. So, Spoke 1&2 are connected to S0/0 of the Hub, and they are going to receive info about each of them (notice that they are not connected to each othed DLCI, but depend on updates from Hub)
