This VLAN range is not allowed on E2/11 Use the "show interface trunk" to see the VLANs allowed on the E2/11 interface. The 750-760 VLAN ranges are not included.
I'm assuming they logged into the switch and executed the command "show interface trunk". Here's an example output:
show interface trunk
Port Mode Encapsulation Status Native vlan
Fa0/1 on 802.1q
Fa0/3 on 802.1q trunking 99
Port Vlans allowed on trunk
Fa0/1 10,20,99 --> in this case, these are the only vlans allowed on the trunk
