How can the correct answer be B?? manual testing was already possible before CI/CD came into play. Correct answer must be A.

I would say C may be correct as well since CI/CD is all about constant flows of software upgrade.

The aim of CI/CD and DevOps in general is to automate software delivery with minimal manual human interaction, answer is A. There is no fixed software delivery frequency not whatsoever

yes, besides says FIXED MONTHLY. but CI/CD can happen daily or weekly, doesn't follow an exact schedule
