I just took the test and most questions were totally new. The cisco spri training will also not get you a pass as many questions are harder and not covered.in the training. They have made it much too hard.

For those asking about the password, area authentication doesn't prevent neighboring to come up because it is carried only in LSP, CSNP and PSNP messages and not in IIH messages.

update: I just setup lab to verify.
C is correct. Since network IDs are the same, 2 routers cannot establish neighborship. Password is for area authentication and doesn't prevent neighbor establishment.
Correct answer is: C. The two routers have the same network ID.
Because routers first identifies each other and then checks for authenticate. Tested on LAB.
