VLAN 1, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005 are default
1002 fddi-default
1003 token-ring-default
1004 fddinet-default
1005 trnet-default
These VLANs were originally intended for bridging with FDDI Token Ring networks but as these data link layer technologies are not in use anymore, these VLANs are unused. However, because of backward compatibility reasons in IOS and VTP, these VLAN numbers remain reserved and can not be used.

BC is correct .....VLAN 1 is a system default VLAN, you can use this VLAN but you cannot delete it. By default VLAN 1 is use for every port on the switch.
Standard VLAN range from 1002-1005 it’s Cisco default for FDDI and Token Ring. You cannot delete VLANs 1002-1005. mostly we don’t use VLAN in this range
