C does seem to be the most correct. "RADIUS combines authentication and authorization. The access-accept packets sent by the RADIUS server to the client contain authorization information. RADIUS open standard protocol It uses UDP as a transmission protocol It uses UDP port number 1812 for authentication and authorization and 1813 for accounting. Authentication and Authorization are COMBINED in RADIUS. Only the password is encrypted while the other information such as username, accounting information, etc are not encrypted. No external authorization of commands is supported. No multiprotocol support. Used for network access
