A and E. Raised and Soaking. Soaking = initial state of a fault, when problem condition first detected. Raised = fault not resolved within soaking interval. All other options are fault resolved for one reason or another.

No. Soaking means APIC isn't sure whether it's a fault or not.

A and E. D - Raised-Clearing means that fault trigger is no longer active, fault remains in that state until timer expires or trigger activates again, then it goes directly to Raised state, without previously going through Soaking. A, E are correct since both represent a fault with active trigger.
