Well, "B" seems to be right though the question is poorly worded: "bgp-nexthop --Includes BGP next hop-related information in the export statistics." https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/netflow/configuration/15-mt/nf-15-mt-book/cfg-nf-bgp-next-hop.html

A is wrong, C is wrong (you need peer-as syntax for that to work) and D is wrong (it sends the source and destination, not just source). So only B fits. Although poorly worded, it also makes sense. Welcome to Cisco questioning!

no it is b this is the correct syntax ip flow-export version 9 [origin-as | peer-as] bgp-nexthop https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/netflow/configuration/15-mt/nf-15-mt-book/cfg-nf-bgp-next-hop.html

Disregard, I am stupid : To include the BGP next hop in the export statistics, those keywords must be included with the version 9 entry. it litteraly says " ip flow-export version 9 [origin-as | peer-as] bgp-nexthop " The correct answer is B

C The origin-as keyword specifies that export statistics include the originating autonomous system for the source and destination. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/netflow/configuration/xe-16-12/nf-xe-16-12-book/cfg-nflow-data-expt-xe.html

with "origin-as" there are no peer information transmittet. You need the "peer-as" keyword for BGP peering information... https://www.noction.com/blog/netflow-bgp See Topic "BGP in Netflow v9"
