A is correct. The command show track [object-id] [interface | ip route] [brief] will display information for tracked objects. The default output of show track will display information for all tracked objects. https://www.cisco.com/c/m/en_us/techdoc/dc/reference/cli/n5k/commands/show-track.html

I think, D. Tracking list is a collection of track objects. It is displayed by show track list command, not by show track 1.
