If 3 answers are desired, I would go with ACE. B and D are just wrong. In theory, if you provisioned a given endpoint with a configuration that required a reboot, answer F could apply, but rebooting endpoints is not a primary function of TMS.
What about option E?:
E. managing phonebooks for endpoints that are registered to the Cisco Unified Cisco Unified Communications Manager
If a TC software-based endpoint is registered to the Cisco Unified CM, phonebook settings are automatically configured on the TC endpoint.
Verify: Configuration > System Configuration > Phonebook Server
