C is the correct answer. Fabric wireless controllers manage and control the fabric-mode APs using the same general model as the traditional local-mode controllers which offers the same operational advantages such as mobility control and radio resource management. A significant difference is that client traffic from wireless endpoints is not tunneled from the APs to the wireless controller. Instead, communication from wireless clients is encapsulated in VXLAN by the fabric APs which build a tunnel to their first-hop fabric edge node. Wireless traffic it tunneled to the edge nodes as the edge nodes provide fabric services such as the Layer 3 Anycast Gateway, policy, and traffic enforcement. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/solutions/CVD/Campus/cisco-sda-design-guide.html

Centralized wireless control plane: The same innovative RF features that Cisco has today in Cisco Unified Wireless Network (CUWN) deployments will be used in Cisco SD-Access Wireless as well. Wireless operations stay the same as with CUWN in terms of Radio Resource Management (RRM), client onboarding, and client mobility and so on which simplifies IT adoption. LISP control plane Management: The fabric-enabled WLC integrates with the LISP-based control plane. The control plane is centralized at the WLC for all wireless functions. The WLC is responsible for the AP image management and configuration, RRM, and client session management and roaming. The WLC interacts with the host-tracking database on the control plane node for client MAC address registration with SGT and Layer 2 virtual network ID and its mapping with RLOC. The virtual network information is Layer 2 virtual network information, and it is mapped to a VLAN on the fabric edge node. The WLC is also responsible for updating the host-tracking database with roaming information for wireless clients.

C is correct answer • The fabric-enabled WLC integrates with the LISP control plane. The control plane is centralized at the WLC for wireless functions. Figure 8. Fabric-enabled WLC • The WLC is still responsible for APimage/configuration, RRM, clientsession management and roaming, and all the other wireless control plane functions. • For fabric integration: • For wireless, the client MAC address is used as the EID. • Interacts with the Host Tracking database on the control-plane node for client MAC address registration with SGT and VNI. • The VN information is mapped to a VLAN on the fabric edges. • The WLC is responsible for updating the Host Tracking database with roaming information for wireless client

it´s C In a Cisco SD-Access wireless solution, the wireless controller is responsible for managing radio resources. This includes tasks such as dynamic channel assignment, power level adjustments, load balancing, and interference mitigation. The wireless controller ensures optimal use of the RF spectrum and maintains the overall health and performance of the wireless network.

I agree that B is the answer because of the new role of VXLAN that replaces the traditional CAPWAP in onboarding of wireless Clients to the Fabric node.

In a Cisco SD-Access wireless solution, radio resource management is typically performed in the wireless controller. The wireless controller manages the radio resources and ensures that each client device is assigned the appropriate radio channel, transmit power, and other settings to ensure optimal performance and minimal interference. The DNA Center and Cisco CMX are other components of the Cisco SD-Access solution that provide network management and location analytics, respectively, but they do not perform radio resource management. The control plane node is a component of the Cisco SD-Access fabric that is responsible for controlling network traffic and enforcing network policies, but it also does not perform radio resource management.
