The answer is D according to this: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/ts/guide/UCSTroubleshooting/UCSTroubleshooting_chapter_01010.html Recovering IO Modules During Firmware Upgrade You can recover an IO Module during firmware upgrade by resetting it from a peer IO Module. After it is reset, it can derive the configuration from the fabric interconnect.
