I think, the correct answer is D (default route)
we can inject default route into eigrp network in four different ways:
1) network 0.0.0.0 cmd under router config mode
2) ip default-network cmd in Global configuration mode
3) ip summary-address eigrp <as-num> 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 cmd in interface level
4) redistributing static default route in to eigrp
It shoud be A.
Note: When you configure the ip default-network command and specify a subnet, a static route (the ip route command) is generated in the router's configuration.

Sorry, it is working only with staticali configured routes. I tried to configure it, and after configure ip default-network a.b.c.d, that network will be flaged as candidate to default (asterisk - > *)
