this question is repeated in Q#101 and there too answer is Real time. Surprisingly there 'troubleshooting' is not an option even ! I just checked in sandbox and looks like "troubleshooting" is the right answer. confusing :(

Maybe the trick is in the "service insertion configuration", under troubleshooting you can verify if its running properly but under the real-time you can send several commands ...

With Troubleshooting option you can verify the path trough service insertion doing a traceroute, but traceroute isn't the only option inside Troubleshooting, because Ping is inside Troubleshooting too. If you go trough Monitor>Network>[select_device]>Real Time>OMP Services and see Service Column you can watch for example FW service. For me the correct answer is Real Time
