this question is repeated in Q#101 and there too answer is Real time. Surprisingly there 'troubleshooting' is not an option even ! I just checked in sandbox and looks like "troubleshooting" is the right answer. confusing :(
From the Cisco SD-WAN Manager menu:
View the configured services on the Real Time monitoring page (Monitor > Devices > hub-device > Real Time). For Device Options, select OMP Services.
Cisco vManage Release 20.6.x and earlier: View the configured services on the Real Time monitoring page (Monitor > Network > hub-device > Real Time). For Device Options, select OMP Services.

Realtime On a hub device, view the configured services
From the Cisco vManage menu:
View the configured services on the Real Time monitoring page (Monitor > Devices > hub-device > Real Time)
Troubleshooting On a spoke device, view the details of the service chain path.
Using Cisco vManage:
View the service chain path on the Traceroute page (Monitor > Devices > spoke-device > Troubleshooting > Connectivity > Trace Route). Enter the destination IP, VPN, and source interface for the desired path.
Actually, both looks good to me: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/configuration/policies/vedge-20-x/policies-book/service-chaining.html
Maybe the trick is in the "service insertion configuration", under troubleshooting you can verify if its running properly but under the real-time you can send several commands ...
With Troubleshooting option you can verify the path trough service insertion doing a traceroute, but traceroute isn't the only option inside Troubleshooting, because Ping is inside Troubleshooting too. If you go trough Monitor>Network>[select_device]>Real Time>OMP Services and see Service Column you can watch for example FW service. For me the correct answer is Real Time
