The SMTP reply codes seem similar to those for HTTP. The correct answer is:
2xx - Success
3xx - OK so far (Redirect)
4xx - Temporary failure (Client Error)
5xx - Permanent failure (Server Error)

The order is based in order of severity, i.e. 2xx would be ok so far, 3xx could be success, 4xx could be temporary failure, and 5xx is permanent failure
