A is the correct answer (it is a valid command) C would have been a correct answer as well but it is missing the (session) keyword, hence wrong command.

C is the correct answer. show authentication session : Gives output of all authenticated devices. Not the output shown in question. show authentication registration : Shows auth methods registered with auth manager. The output shown is from show authentication interface command.
