I'm not sure but I think the response is wrong. This is a poorly written question. IMM supports all listed policies except for power sync. UCSM does not support tagging or hypervisor password policies. My guess is as follows. IMM: tagging utility hypervisor UCSM: power state scrub (IIRC this was implemented later)
