I think A is correct.
OFDM is a transmission method that 802.11a and 802.11g both use (technically g uses ERP-OFDM, pp 52-54)
BPSK is a modulation technique converting bits to radio waves (physical layer) that 802.11a and 802.11g also both share, with BPSK ½ 6Mbps, and BPSK ¾ 9 Mbps.
