B: wrong, by default 40 seconds D: wrong, not only between neighbouring interfaces E: wrong, designated router is not elected based on its hello-response time, but on its priority / router ID F: wrong, multicast and not broadcast is used for hello packets This leaves us with the correct answers A & B

Correction, the DEAD timer is 40 sec by default, the hello timer is 10 sec for ethernet networks

D: wrong, not only between neighbouring interfaces E: wrong, designated router is not elected based on its hello-response time, but on its priority / router ID F: wrong, multicast is used for Hello packets, not Broadcasts.
