The answer should be D (late collisions). Explanation: on page 283 of the book CCENT/CCNA ICND1 100-105 by Wendell Odom (printed May 2016) Late Collisions: The subset of all collisions that happen after the 64th byte of the frame has been transmitted. (In a properly working Ethernet LAN, collisions should occur within the first 64 bytes; late collisions today often point to a duplex mismatch.)

I think answer should be both B and D. CRC reflects the input errors (section 8.2.4.3 connecting networks v6 companion guide by Cisco press)
