I think it is A as per Cisco offical material for the CSM exam below : The three analytics models provide different answers as to strategy and helps CSMs realize what has happened, anticipate what might happen, and then provide direction on what the CSM should do. Descriptive analytics: What happened and why? Predictive analytics: What might happen? Prescriptive analytics: What should I do?
