Zdrobici is correct. refer to Figure 7 in: https://www.networkacademy.io/ccie-enterprise/sdwan/connecting-to-the-wan-using-tloc-extension All required configuration is shown in figure 7 above. Once the config is applied, we can see that vEdge-2’s ge0/0 is NOW A TRANSPORT interface and acts as a local TLOC marked with the “biz-internet” color.

C is correct The primary function of tloc-extension is to extend the transport interface properties to a service interface. This means that after the configuration, ge0/2.101 can now use ge0/0's transport capabilities for overlay traffic. However, ge0/2.101 does not become a transport interface itself; it remains a service interface that can utilize the transport functions of ge0/0.

initially port type is SERVICE, after tloc-ext config is ADDED is becoming TRANSPORT. so we can say that the bound is done between TRANSP interfaces, because bound is done after tloc-ext cfg is added, wright? take a look on the cli outputs from https://www.networkacademy.io/ccie-enterprise/sdwan/connecting-to-the-wan-using-tloc-extension
