The answer is A, because they specify you need to send the query parameter "mentionedPeople" when you want to listing messages.

Answer: A Rationale: Immediately, only A and C could be considered, because they both include mentionedPeople=Me, which is a requirement for bots to be able to respond. Next, messages are POST to rooms. this leaves only A https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/messages/create-a-message

A is correct since we are creating a new message (POST) through a webhook as a bot and not as a person - so we need to user mentionedPeople

A Note: In group rooms, bots only have access to messages in which they are mentioned. This means that webhooks would only be called when the bot is specifically mentioned in a room (with @). Source Cisco DEVCOR 350-901 Study Guide
