# enable password - it will enables a password that based on a clear text, unlike, # enable secret - it will enables a password and password encryption that based on the md5 hashing algorithm. The local user account only gets you access to the router, you still need a seperate password for the enable command. Answer is enable secret

Incorrect, if you configure privilege level 15 it gets them directly to the user exec status.

According to the CCNA Routing and Switching Portable Command Guide (Pg. 99, 237-238) book it shows the following: Password Encryption: R1(Config)#: service password-encryption R1(Config)#: enable password cisco R1(Config)#: line console 0 R1(Config)#: password cisco R1(Config)#: no service password-encryption
