"Ensure that API Access is set to “☑ Enable access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard API.”
"Note: API requests are limited to five calls per second (per organization)."
Bad question.
Maybe the answer was C and E a couple years ago, but not today.
A "If you lose or forget your API key, you will have to revoke it and generate a new one."
B "Every request must specify an API key via a request header."
C "Note: API call volume is rate-limited to ten calls per second, per organization."
D "The API version must be specified in the URL"
E "Cisco Meraki Dashboard API is enabled by default on all organizations."

The correct answers are C. API call volume is rate-limited to five calls per second per organization and E. Access to the API must first be enabled by using the settings for an organization.
Correct answers: C & E
C - API call volume is rate-limited to ten calls per second, per organization - Correct
E - Once logged in, we need to navigate to the Organization | Settings menu and Ensure that API Access is set to “ Enable access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard API.” > Correct

C and E are correct.
A - If you lose your API key, you will have to revoke it and generate a new one (be aware that only two API keys can be valid at the same time)
B - API key
C - API call volume is rate-limited to ten calls per second, per organization - Correct
D - There are two versions of the Dashboard API at the moment: the classic v0 and the newer v1 (https://api.meraki.com/api/v0).
E - Once logged in, we need to navigate to the Organization | Settings menu and Ensure that API Access is set to “ Enable access to the Cisco Meraki Dashboard API.” > Correct

I don't know the first thing about Meraki APIs, but based on all what's said and linked material, I would go with C and E. Those look like the options Cisco would expect me to choose (mind the difference: Being actually correct and being what Cisco expects as correct are 2 very different things)
Regarding to https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Other_Topics/Cisco_Meraki_Dashboard_API#Enable_API_Access
A. API key can be re-generated, therefore, it was incorrect
C. API call volume is rate-limited to TEN but not FIVE calls per second per org, therefore, it was incorrect
D. The API version need to be specified in the URL, therefore, it was incorrect.
In final, the only answer can be selected was BE
But the API requests actually *DON'T* require API key + user creds. I know because I use the Meraki API daily and I haven't once used my login creds to do anything. I'm going with C and E because older docs show API request limit as 5 calls per second.
Not sure about B.
Only a key is required when making an API request. (not the user credentials).
I would take A instead.
consider not to regenerate the key when you shared it, otherwise the key will no longer work.
So, I would take A/E
