From everything I've searched, FAC is a feature specific to CUCM, not expressway. This is the correct link to the Reference Document: https://community.cisco.com/kxiwq67737/attachments/kxiwq67737/4576-docs-colaboracao-voz-e-video/141/2/lpcor-fac.pdf But I don't understand, why the correct answer should be C. For external calls the right answer should be A.
