the different between B and D, is for "default-information originate" you must have a default route in the routing table whereas with "default-information originate always" it will still redistribute a default route even if there isnt one in the table. In this case there is a learned default route via bgp so i believe the answer is B.

We receives default route via BGP. If we loose it we should stop to announce it into OSPF domain. But if you set "default-information originate always" the default route will remain. So the best choice is to use the "default-information originate". The answer is B.
