It should be A, as th question is - support only wired network connections.

The correct answer is A and C. "The product type(s) of the new network. Valid types are wireless, appliance, switch, systemsManager, camera, cellularGateway, sensor, environmental. It is A (switch) not C (appliance). Refer to this post: https://community.meraki.com/t5/Dashboard-Administration/Network-Types/m-p/120902. Quoting: "I currently have a network that is in the "appliance" network type. The network currently consists of an MX250." appliance is it not abbreviation for security appliance = firewall? Wired it is much more logical Switches, Answer A

Answer should be C. There is no switch 'type' when dealing with Meraki API to create networks.
