this helps us to align effort or exposure to the highest value to the customer. Keep in mind it's that value or that business outcome that we're always trying to align to. ==> C is correct

It should be C. QSR is directly related with checking business outcome and value with customers. Once the success plan is created then we don't need to create it again on a QSR but just revise some contents if necessary.

a success plan should have been created way before you every have a QSR, otherwise what are you discussing in the QSR? C is the correct answer
