In a typical network configuration, you configure all switch ports connected to host ports as untrusted and configure all switch ports connected to switches as trusted. With this configuration, all ARP packets entering the network from a given switch bypass the security check. No other validation is needed at any other place in the VLAN or in the network. A. Is a DHCP client which is a deceptive way of saying a PC, if it was a DHCP server then yes it would be correct.

That is correct ip arp inspection trust = dhcp. What devices can do DHCP ? Switches, ROUTERS, Servers. What is a DHCP Client? A device requesting IP from a DHCP Server.
