Selected Answer: C
C is the correct answer. The OAuth 2.0 authorization framework enables a third-party application to obtain limited access to an HTTP service, either on behalf of a resource owner by orchestrating an approval interaction between the resource owner and the HTTP service or by allowing the third-party application to obtain access on its own behalf. A is not correct since the third party is not responsible to provide the token.

To me the correct answer is C. Based on the definition provided by rhmgh, it says "enables a third-party application", not a service. For this reason, A is not correct.
