The answer is [D} even though their are typo's everywhere, Policy rate is measured in bps (bits per second) Burst rate is measured in bytes. In order to achieve 10MB for the rate, the bps would need to be 10,000,000, not 1,000,000 This must be a type, however it is the closest answer out of the options.
