The internal firewall must allow the following outbound connections from the Expressway-C to the Expressway-E:
SIP: TCP 7001
Traversal media: UDP 2776 to 2777 (or 36000 to 36011 for large
VM/appliance)
XMPP: TCP 7400
HTTPS (tunneled over SSH between C and E): TCP 2222

I think this is a typo in the answers Correct answers should be SIP TLS 7001 and XMPP TCP 7400 HTTPS is not valid through internal firewall as most traffic is TLS not TCP so that rules out all the answers. This is a core question in which signaling protocol is allowed from C to E.
Not a typo. The question is what do you configure on the FIREWALL. TLS is a secure layer that runs on top of TCP/IP. You have to open TCP ports on the firewall for TLS to flow through. If you look at table 16 on page 31 of the Cisco Expressway IP Port Usage for Firewall Traversal Deployment guide, you'll see 7001 and 7400 right there in the table for SIP and XMPP.
