Okay, for all you confused people. IP SLA was on the old CCNA 200-125 exam, which is now retired, as exam topic 7.2, stating you need to be able to "troubleshoot network connectivity issues using ICMP echo-based IP SLA." It is no longer on the current CCNA 200-301 exam. It seems ExamTopics, in their infinite wisdom, has decided to include questions from the previous 200-125 as part of their 200-301 dump. So ignore it, and move on.
