the question is about "discovering" not selecting, under this circonstances, I would say B is the correct answer.

Tough because A isn't wrong but B is the better answer since lowest STUN RT isn't the only criteria.

B is correct, only selects cloud cluster if round-trip delay is higher than 250ms, but option A says the "lowest" which is not a rule always

Local reachable Video Mesh resources are tried first, in order of lowest SRT delay.
