A is correct MisCabling Protocol (MCP) detects loops from external sources (such as misbehaving servers and external networking equipment running STP) and will err-disable the interface on which Cisco ACI receives its own packet. The best practice is to enable this option (potentially also with "Enable MCP PDU per VLAN") on leaf node ports that are connected to external Layer 2 networks that may introduce loops.
