This question has something wrong or missing... but the answer is not F. We can't configure the same vlan on two different fisical interfaces or subinterfaces. I think the answer that best fits is A, a cross-over cable between the two switches.
F is correct. You need to use straight through cables to connect Switch to Router, Router makes ROAS function so that both VLAN10 and VLAN20 be able to communicate with each other.
