you are right if we are checking the result profile of CWA we should see https://<ISE>:port/randomstringwithsessionID while "port" will be populated with the port configured on the portal in ISE and SessionID will be the sessionID related to a specific authentication request, in fact if redirect is not working for troubleshooting purposes is a good idea to do some test and try to copy and paste the same link that we see on live logs on the browser endpoint and see if the endpoint are able to reach the Portal Page
