POST method is for updating, and the only answer where it is updating something it is B. Shouldn't B the answer. I look at the developers site in CISCO and i have seen the same. Maybe i am wrong, but can someone help me understand this.

POST is not for updating. POST is for adding.

I agree with AJ7428. Since it is using "POST" method this creates something new. If it was updating something, it would use "PUT" or "PATCH"
